Regulation of the Sixth Fair of the Mediterranean Archaeological Tourism, 2003

REGULATION

ART. 1

The Sixth Fair Of the Mediterranean Archaeological Tourism will be take place from 6th to 9th November 2003 in Paestum (Salerno) - Italy, c/o hotel Ariston..

ART. 2

The exhibition will have the hourly followings:
November 6, 2003 h. 10.00 am - 6.00 pm
November 7, 2003 h. 10.00 am - 6.00 pm
November 8, 2003 h. 10.00 am - 6.00 pm
November 9, 2003 h. 10.00 am - 1.00 pm
Saturday November 8, 2003 h. 10.00 am - 6.00 pm It will be take place the WORKSHOP between the operators of the supply and the operators of the foreign demand. To the meeting are only admitted the exhibitors and the accredited operators to the Fair exclusively in possession of the qualifications and previous payment of the relative entrance fee. WORKSHOP REGISTRATION FORM must reach to secretary's office, together to the payment of the relative entrance fee, within and not over September 15, 2003.
The compilation of the registration form is obligatory for the acceptance of accreditation to the WORKSHOP.
Sunday November 9,2003 h. 10.00 am - 1.00 pm it will take place with the demand of Tourism Associated. The entrance fee paid on saturday 8th November give the right to take part to the Workshop free.
It is obligatory for ever exhibitor to be present in the stand with the one's personnel for the whole duration and timetables of the Fair. The job staff dependent or independent will must be totally in rule with the provision of the law in force, everything to care and responsibility of the exhibitor.

The organization reserves unquestionable the right to modify the timetables of the Fair and in case the opening and closing dates.

ART. 3

The Fair has the purpose to promote the exchange, through the comparison between demand and Supply, of all the relative forms of tourism to economic, scientific, social, political and cultural activities, which are inherent in archaeological areas.

ART. 4

The Italian and foreign societies can participate in the exhibition Supply And Demand, as well as organizations and single operators (supplier of essential and complementary services, representatives or agents), particularly:
- TOUR OPERATOR AND TRAVEL AGENTS
- RECEPTIVE STRUCTURES
- NATIONAL TOURIST BOARD
- COMPANY COMPLEMENTARY TOURIST SERVICES
- PUBLIC BODY PROMOTING ARCHAEOLOGICAL LOCALITY
- TRADING ASSOCIATIONS
- OTHERS INTERESTED HOWEVER TO THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL TOURISM
It is discretionary and unquestionable faculty of the organization to exclude from the Stock Exchange some products and services.
The organization provides the insertion of the exhibitors in the official catalogue and on the web site without any responsibility for omissions and mistakes in the printing and diffusion of it. The catalogue will include the informations provided by the exhibitors's form sent within 30th September 2003.

ART. 5

The APPLICATION, fill out on special forms, containing the participation rules, will have reach within and not over 15 / 9 / 2003 to Organizational secretary's office Leader s.a.s. Corso Garibaldi, 148 - 84123 Salerno. The secretary's office, reserves the right, not questionable, to accept the applications that will reach us after such dates. The total amount has to be deposited with the application . The full amount of the entrance fee is refused if the application shouldn't be accepted.
The APPLICATIONS not accompanied by the amount won't be considered valid. The services and the performances used during the Fair will have to be paid before the end of the exhibition. With the signature of the application the exhibitor accept the present Regulation and all the following integrative normative and technical prescriptions that will be emanated, inclusive the emanating Technical Regulations.

ART. 6

The admission to the exhibition is subordinate to the acceptance of the application from the organization that deliberates with final judgment and that will provide to writing confirm within the 30 previous days to the date of opening of the Stock Exchange. Acceptance will be valid only exclusively for the exhibitor that has undersigned the application and pay the relative deposit. The organization, won't be kept to specify motives in case of refusal of the application, neither it will have any responsibility.

ART. 7

In case of renouncement of the exhibitor, communicated by registered letter, within maximum 30 days from the opening date of the Fair, the organization will withhold 50% of admission fee already deposited as general refund of expenses. Any refund will be effected if the renunciation is not communicated in the terms aforesaid.

ART. 8

It will be sended, subsequently to the adhesion, the Technical Regulation containing dispositions regarding the preparation of the stand, to the material of furnishing, to the safety regulations, to the days and the timetables of the assembly and disassembly stand and to all the dispositions for the entry of the riggers and operators. The norms of the Technical Regulation are binding for the exhibitors and will be emanated to unquestionable judgment of the organization.

ART. 9

The organization will provide subsequently to the allocation of the stands according to the indications of the exhibitors in the limits allowed from general technical-organizational requirements. Therefore, the expressed preferences will have only indicative value. To the organization is reserved the faculty to modify the location of the stand, even if already assigned, or to change the dimensions, where this was become necessary for technical causes or organizational requirements.

ART.10

Those people who book naked areas will have to introduce arrangement's projects, sketches, the furnishing and decoration as the preparation of the backdrops, of the dividing wall and decorations, that they must be submitted to the approval of the organization within September 15, 2003.

ART.11

Except the case of forced circumstances or particular necessities the areas will be put to disposition of the Exhibitors A Day before the beginning of the Fair, and the stands must to be ready, in their preparation and presentation of the goodses and the exposed materials, within h. 8.00 p.m of the day November 5, 2003.

ART.12

through the force of circumstances, or however for reasons indipendent on the Organization, the exhibition could not be take place, the engagements assumed towards third parties and will be shared the organization expenses between the registered Exhibitors in the limits of the deposit. The amounts eventually available will be instead given back to the supporters proportionally. The expenses for fittings and special installations executed for order of the Exhibitors will have to be integrally refunded to the organization by these.

ART.13

The removal of the stands will must be only happen absolutely from h. 2.00 p.m to h. 12.00 a.m of November 9, 2003.
Over such term the removal will be executed by the organization to expenses of the supporter, without that constitutes responsibility for the organization. The exhibitor is obliged to return the stand to the competent Technical office of the exhibition in the same conditions in which it was delivered to him. The non-observance of such rules will give rights to the organization to recover, from the exhibitor, the supported expenses for the restoration of the stand. If the sipported expenses have not been refunded by the exhibitors, the organization will have the faculty also to make up on the goodses and exposed materials. The same faculty is intended reserved for whichever other credit that the organization have with the supporter for effect of its registration and participation to the exhibition. In safeguarding of every one's of its rights or credit reason, the organization will can forbid the removal of the goodses and furnishings present in the parking, reserving him also the right to ask, if it will be considered opportune, in order to one's interest, the preventive attachment of the goodes and how much other content in the parking.

ART.14

It is forbidden to strangers to design, to copy, or to photograph the objects exposed without one written authorization of the exhibitor. The organization, that reserved the right to reproduce or to authorize directly the reproduction of external and inner views or details, and also allowing the sale from part of the official appointees, it cannot however be considered responsible for eventual photographic shots realize illegally from third parties. The introduction in Fair of cinema apparatuses is subordinate to the written authorization of the organization. For every shot, a copy goes supplied to the secretary's office.

ART.15

The organization provides, just for the good trend of the Fair, to a service of diurnal and nocturnal vigilance without moreover assuming some responsibility for thefts, damages or for risks of whichever nature. During the exhibition timetable the responsible exhibitor is of the vigilance of the own stands. The cleaning of the stands is to Exhibitor's account and he must be effected in the allowed timetable. The exhibitors will can assign the task to the fiduciary firms with which the organization have agreed conditions and unit prices.

ART.16

To the exhibitors the diffusion of music and sounds is forbidden. Eventual exceptions, given by the organization both general and "ad personam", will be valid if only issued in written form and could anytime be revoked with immediate effect, also be means of a simple oral communication. The authorization doesn't release the exhibitor that used it to employ apparatuses in such way not to cause trouble to the other exhibitors and the visitors, and doesn't release also it fulfilling to own care and expenses to how much foreseen from the norms of law in force in subject. To exhibitor's account is every eventual tax of publicity could be applied from the competent Offices of the Commune of Capaccio and from the Siae.

ART.17

It is forbidden to show or hand out any kind of graphical material (i.e. booklets, leaflets, posters, etc.)which has not commercial features or contains ( either not deliberately or indirectly) critics, offence or attacks to other people. It is forbidden to hand out questionnaires or any kind of documents to be signed. It is not allowed to make statements or give information not related with tourism. Each exhibitor can do any commercial activities ( in his/her own stand) only for his/her firm. These commercial activities can be done by publicity means only if closely related with what the exhibitor produce and sell. It is strictly forbidden to sell and hand over goods to visitors during the Fair.

ART.18

The exhibitor is responsible to the organization and to the owner of the premises of the Fair, for all the damages caused directly or indirectly caused by own employees or other people, without any sort of exception or limitations. The exhibitor must be insured against all the risks, including theft, fire, damages caused by water infiltrations, rust and civil liability towards third parties.
The exhibitor is obliged to have the following insurances:
a) insurance policy "All Risks-Tutti i Rischi" for goods, materials, furnishings, equipments and preparations whose owner or user, during the Fair, is the exhibitor;
b) insurance policy for the Civil Liability for involuntarily provoked damages to third parties relative to the participation to the Fair for a maximal not inferior to Euro 500.000,00; the province of Salerno which has rent the Fair's area will provide this insurance to all the exhibitors with a special convention.
The exhibitor must have a own insurance policy "all risks" valid for fairs and exhibitions with a waiver clause to the right to be refunded by the province of Salerno and people however connected with the organization of the Fair.

ART.19

The organization reserves the right to establish, also making an exception of this Regulation, rules and dispositions considered necessary for a better regulation of the Fair and the services supplied. Such rules and dispositions will have the same value of those present in this Regulation and they are equally obligatory. In case of a breach of the prescriptions of the Regulation or following issues, the organization can also decide the exclusion of the exhibitor who have broken them. In this case the exhibitor doesn't have the right to be refunded or compensated in any way.

ART.20

Further rules of technical nature about the preparation of the stands and others of general nature such as regulation of the publicity of the stand, official catalogue of the exhibition, Pass and tickets, parking sites, rent a cars, signs, machineries in operation, power and water supply etc., will be communicated to means of the "Technical Norms" and, therefore, they will form integrating part of the present Regulation.

ART.21

The eventual claims must be introduced to the organization in writing form. For whichever controversy the Tribunal of Salerno will have the competence for it.
With the signature of the present application it is declared to accept all the dispositions, nothing excluded, of the Regulation and the follow-up dispositions and technical norms that will be emanated and particularly, in conformity and for the effects of art. 1341-1342 Civil Code.
